What the agreement is
Your seasonal service agreement is the written document that governs your service. It is issued to you individually along with your estimate, and it takes precedence over anything shown on this website.
Every Benny's Property Services customer receives a written seasonal agreement with their estimate. This page explains what's in it so there are no surprises.

Your seasonal service agreement is the written document that governs your service. It is issued to you individually along with your estimate, and it takes precedence over anything shown on this website.
Your property — the service address, driveway category, and any add-ons you selected such as walkway, porch and step clearing, or ice-melt.
Season dates — the start and end dates of the covered season.
Service triggers — the snowfall accumulation that brings us out, and the expected window for clearing after snowfall ends.
Price and payment — your confirmed seasonal price and the payment schedule.
Access and responsibilities — moving vehicles before we arrive, marking fragile items, and anything specific to your driveway.
After you request an estimate, we review your driveway details and photos and reply with your confirmed price and the agreement. You read it, ask any questions, and approve it in writing. Nothing is scheduled and no payment is collected before that.
Benny's Property Services clears residential driveways with professional snow-blower equipment. Walkways, porches, and steps are cleared by hand as optional add-ons. We do not use plow trucks, tractors, or other heavy equipment, and we do not serve commercial properties or parking lots.
If your property or add-ons change mid-season, we issue a written amendment with the revised price before the change takes effect.
Send us a message and we'll answer before you sign anything.
