Cancellation Policy

A quote request creates no obligation. You can stop at any point before you approve your written estimate, at no cost. Just let us know and we'll close the request and stop following up.

Once you approve your estimate, your seasonal service agreement sets out the cancellation window, any pro-rated amounts, and how refunds are handled. We confirm those terms in writing before you sign — nothing is hidden here.

If you need to skip a visit — for example, if your driveway is already clear or your vehicle can't be moved — tell us as early as possible. Seasonal pricing covers the season rather than individual visits, so a skipped visit does not change your seasonal price.

If we find that your property falls outside our service area, is not residential, or cannot be cleared safely with snow-blower equipment, we will tell you promptly and cancel without charge.
