Question 1

What does the 250 cm seasonal snowfall allowance mean?

Accepted Answer

Our seasonal snow-removal plans include service for up to 250 cm of cumulative snowfall during the winter season. Your selected 5 cm or 2.5 cm service trigger determines when we attend your property and is not changed by the allowance. Once total seasonal snowfall passes 250 cm, additional qualifying service visits are billed per visit based on driveway size.

Question 2

Is the 250 cm limit per storm?

Accepted Answer

No. The 250 cm allowance is the total cumulative snowfall included over the entire contracted winter season.

Question 3

What happens to the storm that takes the season past 250 cm?

Accepted Answer

If a snowfall event begins while the season is still under 250 cm and that event pushes the seasonal total past 250 cm, that entire event remains included at no additional charge. Billing for additional service begins with the next qualifying snowfall event after that one. For example, at 247 cm a further 8 cm event takes the season to 255 cm — that whole event is still covered and you owe $0 extra for it.

Question 4

What are the after-250 cm rates?

Accepted Answer

Additional qualifying service visits are billed per visit: single driveway $45, double driveway $55, triple driveway $65, oversized driveway $75+, and custom or commercial properties are individually quoted. A charge is only ever created when an actual qualifying service visit is performed.

Question 7

Accepted Answer

Driveways are cleared with professional snow-blower equipment. Walkways, porches, and steps are cleared by hand as an optional add-on.

Question 8

What triggers a visit and when does the season run?

Accepted Answer

Service triggers and seasonal dates are confirmed in your written agreement, not on this website. We publish these terms individually so they always match what you signed.

Question 9

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Each service on our site lists a starting price. Your final price is confirmed after we review your driveway details and the photos you upload with your quote request. Submit the online form and we'll reply with a written estimate.

Question 10

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Benny's Lawn Care & Snow Removal is fully licensed and insured. Insurance details are shared with your written agreement.

Question 11

Do I need to be home when you clear?

Accepted Answer

No. Please make sure vehicles are moved off the driveway before we arrive. Specific arrival windows are confirmed in your written agreement.

Question 12

Can I book one-time snow removal instead of a seasonal contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One-time snow removal is available at a premium rate, subject to availability. For customers who want dependable service throughout the winter, our seasonal contracts provide the best value and priority recurring service.

Question 13

Do you offer ice-melt?

Accepted Answer

Yes, ice-melt application is available as an optional add-on to driveway clearing.

Question 14

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Request a written estimate through the online quote form. Nothing is booked and no payment is collected until you review and approve the estimate in writing.
