Terms of Service

Benny's Property Services is a residential snow removal service based in Ottawa, Ontario. We clear residential driveways with snow-blower equipment, with optional walkway, porch, step, and ice-melt add-ons. We do not provide commercial service, parking-lot clearing, or heavy-equipment work.

Pricing categories, service descriptions, photography, and coverage areas shown on this website are illustrative and may change. They are not an offer of service and do not form a contract.

Requesting an estimate is free and places you under no obligation. Nothing is scheduled and no payment is collected until you receive a written estimate and approve it.

We may decline or withdraw a request if your address falls outside our service area, if the property is not residential, or if capacity for the season is full.

Season dates, service triggers, snowfall thresholds, arrival windows, pricing, and cancellation terms are set out in the written seasonal service agreement issued to you individually. Where this website and your signed agreement differ, your agreement applies.

You agree that the property details, contact information, and photos you submit are accurate and that you are authorised to request service for the property. Inaccurate details may change your final price.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Benny's Lawn Care & Snow Removal is fully licensed and insured. Insurance details are available before service begins and are shared together with your written agreement.

We may update these terms as the service grows. The date above shows when they were last revised. Material changes affecting an active agreement are communicated directly to you.
