Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and service address, so we can send your estimate and reach you about service.

Property details — driveway size, surface, access notes, and the photos you upload so we can price your property accurately.

Account details — your email and an encrypted password if you create an account. We never see your password in readable form.

Service records — visit times and completion photos for properties under an active agreement.

To prepare and send your written estimate, to schedule and document service, to answer your questions, and to send you service notifications you have asked for. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell or rent it.

Access is limited to Benny's Property Services staff who need it to prepare estimates or perform service, and to the service providers who host our website, database, and email delivery on our behalf. Weather data shown on the site comes from a public forecast service and contains no personal information.

Photos are used only to review your property and confirm your price. Location data embedded in image files is removed in your browser before the photo is uploaded. Photos are stored privately and are not published without your permission.

Quote requests are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour prior pricing. Service records for an active agreement are kept for the length of the agreement and the period required for tax and insurance purposes.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Send your request through our contact form and we will respond.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access rules that restrict each account to its own records. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing.
